Worcester will recreate the reception of Lafayette led by Judge Levi Lincoln in 1824. A Lafayette interpreter will arrive and be greeted by costumed interpreters from Old Sturbridge Village. There will be speakers from the American Friends of Lafayette and dignitaries, including the Mayor.

The event will be on the Worcester Common, behind City Hall, 455 Main Street, Worcester, MA. In the event of rain, the event will take place at the Worcester Historical Museum, 30 Elm Street.
