9:30 – Opening Ceremonies – National Constitution Center lawn
10:00 – Step off of the Parade across Independence Mall, including Music, Drumming, Uniformed
and Costumed marchers
10:00 – 3:00 – Musical Performances, Tours, Cultural/Historical exhibits, History Pop-Ups,
throughout Independence Mall
10:30- General Lafayette travels in Horse Drawn Carriage from Carpenter’s Hall to
Independence Hall escorted by the mounted First City Troop
10:30- Welcome Lafayette Program Independence Hall
12:00 Noon – “Lafayette’s Life and Legacy” Presentation National Constitution Center
3:30 – Naturalization Ceremony Betsy Ross House
