Tour of the Myers House on Freemason Street

October 6, 2024 @ 1:00 pm2:00 pm

$10

The Myers House, 323 E Freemason St., Norfolk, is significant as the most intact, best documented, and surviving known Jewish residence in the United States before 1800. Moses Myers, an early American entrepreneur, was a Mason and met Lafayette when he visited Norfolk in 1824. Please join us in commemorating Lafayette’s visit to Norfolk as an occasion to reflect on the monumental changes wrought by the transatlantic Age of Revolutions, as seen through the eyes of the Myers family.

Free for Chrysler Museum members, $10 for non-members.

Registration is required. Space is limited.
